3. Cancellation & Refunds

 
  • Order Cancellation: Cancellations made before kitchen preparation commences (verified by our order system) may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are handled in accordance with our published Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.
  • No Refunds: No refunds will be granted for orders that have been prepared, collected, delivered, or consumed, or for customer-initiated incorrect orders.

  • Food Preparation: All meals are freshly prepared to order. We strive to meet dietary requirements, but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
  • Delivery/Takeaway: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors. We will notify you of significant delays.
  • Dine-In: Table reservations are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit dining time during peak periods.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate order details, including contact information, delivery address, and special requests.
  • You must not use our website or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or disruptive purpose.
